BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
1. That Riad Ali is hereby appointed to the position of City Auditor for an indefinite term beginning December 18, 2023, provided the appointee has satisfied all necessary pre-hiring requirements; and
2. That the City Auditor shall have and exercise all the powers and duties conferred upon the City Auditor by law or required of the position by law.
